Most people hand you a repo and disappear. I leave you something already running, in your accounts, that your own team can change without me.

Ganesh is an excellent engineer who develops a keen understanding of requirements and is persistent in solving issues, has a good knowledge of deep learning tools, and has been of real value to the product development team. He is a great team player and ensures work is completed. I would recommend and endorse Ganesh.
Ganesh is a highly driven UX professional with an energetic and client-facing profile. I was happy to collaborate with him as part of the BAT UK Trade Insights team on the design and development of a Progressive Web App for the streamlining of BAT’s Field Force management and the respective data flow. Ganesh was eager to listen carefully to our needs based on the particularities of our business unit and market and work closely with us and the project team to make sure that our feedback translated into effective and timely adjustments. A true advocate of design thinking approaches, Ganesh strives for quick iterations that deliver the essential and quick gains following an MVP approach. Finally, Ganesh is a continuous and curious learner with a motivation to pick up any new idea and then actively investigate its feasibility and push for results that exceed expectations.
Ganesh is an outstanding UX professional whom I had the pleasure of collaborating with on a groundbreaking project. We worked closely together on the design and development of a Progressive Web App for field forceuse , where Ganesh demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and dedication. Throughout the project, Ganesh showcased a deep understanding of business needs and end-user requirements, resulting in a product that perfectly catered to our users' needs. His commitment to delivering the best user experience was truly inspiring, and his attention to detail ensured every aspect of the app was user centric. What impressed me the most was Ganesh's ability to handle challenges with ease during the hyper care phase, ensuring timely resolutions and a seamless user experience. Moreover, he actively engaged all stakeholders, incorporating their valuable input into the development process, which undoubtedly contributed to the project's success. I recommend Ganesh for his exceptional contributions to any UX-related project. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with, and I am confident he will continue to thrive in his future endeavors
Ganesh is a dreamer and a go-getter. I worked with Ganesh on a digital transformation program and he was one of the few freshers we had on the testing team. Ganesh did a wonderful job of what was required of him but he wasn’t happy doing testing alone. He requested a change to a UI/UX developer position. The majority of his batch wanted to move into development roles. Circumstances did not allow me to move him immediately. But he consistently reminded me of his passion and I could see that perseverance in him. At the right moment, I placed him under the right leadership for his UI/UX role and I have been hearing praise since then. I have seen his work and dedication. He is highly professional and a researcher. He adds value to the team, the project, and the organization. I am extremely proud of the progress and growth he has achieved so far
Ganesh was quick to understand the requirements and created great interactive UX designs. He also has a sharp eye for visual appeal of the designs and provided great recommendations to enhance user experience. Overall, it was a good experience working with him.
I had the opportunity to meet Ganesh when he asked for my guidance in understanding Costumer Discovery for startups. He is a smart, quick learner, and goal-oriented person. All the interactions with him were pleasant and fruitful. I also had the opportunity to learn from him about UX design.
Ganesh G worked as an intern at Vyasticreation under my supervision for the month of June 2021. I was impressed by his ability to quickly grasp new concepts and use them during the intern period. He is an enthusiastic person, and it was indeed a delight to work with him. I highly recommend Ganesh for the WordPress Development position in your company
